The Millennium Gardens are looking good, with all the beds well weeded and maintained. Unfortunately though, someone has vandalised one of the silver birch trees. It seems to have been cut with a saw.
It seems to be a premeditated and vicious act - who can have done it?

eep up the good work and I hope you catch the idiot that cut the silver birch tree - some people have nothing better to do..!
